1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the judilink platform, accessible via the official website at judilink.win and the judilink mobile app. These Terms take effect from the date you register an account or begin using our platform.

By clicking the "Register", "Login", or by continuing to use any part of the judilink platform, you hereby unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we publish from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using the platform immediately.

Judilink reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the most current version of the Terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use judilink services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• An individual (not a company, organisation, or other legal entity).

• Not on any self-exclusion list or applicable government restriction.

3Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses, circumvent betting limits, or avoid restrictions is a serious violation of these Terms.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Judilink processes all financial transactions in the currency of Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All payment methods must be registered under the same name as the judilink account holder.

All withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification (KYC) process. judilink reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your identity card, bank statement, or proof of address before approving a first-time withdrawal or amounts exceeding a specified limit.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Judilink offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members, including a welcome bonus, cashback, weekly rebates, and prize tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met in full before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or directly exchanged for cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• Judilink reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• The welcome bonus is eligible to be claimed once per new player only.

Judilink reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players found attempting to exploit bonuses through dishonest means, including creating multiple accounts or systematically betting to avoid risk, may face action including bonus forfeiture and account closure.

6Game Rules

All games available on the judilink platform — including slot games, live casino, fish shooting, and sports betting — are governed by their respective game rules as set by the relevant game providers. Players are required to understand the rules of each game before playing.

• All slot and table game outcomes are determined by a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fairness in every round.
• For Live Casino games, all results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, judilink will resolve the issue based on the data from the last successfully recorded round.

7Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the judilink platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraud, identity falsification, or impersonation of another person.
• Money laundering or use of funds from unlawful sources.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Player collusion to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempts to hack, alter, or interfere with the platform's technical systems.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.

8Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the judilink support team via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Before the closure is processed, any eligible account balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

Judilink reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if:

• There has been a violation of any provision under these Terms.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform.
• Account excluded through a self-exclusion program activated by the player.

9Liability Limits

Judilink shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions or downtime (downtime) caused by system maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from player errors when entering betting or transaction details.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

In all circumstances, judilink's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your last deposit made within the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or a competent court in the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
